Terrible service bad food way to much money. Terrible pizza Terrible consumer service I will never ever go to Boston pizza again and be treated so badly !!!!! They charge way to much for there food !!!!! And the consumer is the Terrible !!!!! No wonder there parking is empty all the time !!!!! I will find a more pleasant place to spend my money and where you can get treated better !!!!!!
Bad service terrible manage. Took our kids to dinner and behyond disappointed. One of our kids ordered Mac and cheese and it wasn’t just Luke warm but so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. Not a big deal except the fact that she had to wait 15 mintues for a new one and for a kids that’s a life time. One of our boys was given about 8 fries in his plate and when we asked for a few more we were charged $4 for a side. My husband and I shared a pizza and our red peppers were raw and thrown in top, again not a big deal and just asked for it to be remade. 20 mintues later we got a new pizza and was way better however wasn’t even the same toppings we originally ordered. Wen we got our bill we were surprised not only with the charge for kids fries but our daughters meal wasn’t even taken off. We asked to speak to the manage and he actualy argued with me about her Mac and cheese being cold and was speaking condisending to us and when we brought up the pizza issue he actually argued with us about the toppings. We will never ever be back!
Love it!. I always have a good time here, good service, good food, it’s one of my favorite restaurants! I’m surprised it doesn’t have a higher rating.
Beer problems. I will go to Boston Pizza both for food and also sometimes just for an appy and beer. I usually always like their food and their staff are quite friendly and helpful. However there has been two different occasions in which the bartender has spilled my beer. The first time he knocked my whole beer into my purse, ruining it and its contents. While i understand that accidents do happen, the bartender appologized but made no effort to improve upon my experience. I had to pay for that beer and my replacement. The next time was quite similar but none of my possessions were ruined. I did not feel valued as a customer and do my best to avoid this mission location
Boston pizza as a company has become horrible the prices are way way to high for the same dishes they were serving 3 years ago for a lower price. Mission Boston pizza has poor management specially if you come in with anyone they know ! They just laugh off what ever your complaint is just cause they know your friend. Takes forever to get a drink. Not worth the waste of time or money
Excellent food and pizzas, vast menus, great services. Boston pizza has some of my favorite pizza’s particularily the Mission one out of all the locations I have been too. Great to go see the hockey game. They have good pasta deals on certain days and other deals, the restaurant is on the pricier side but has some of the most delicious pizza, order with ranch, bessssttttt ranch ever haha. The staff is always friendly, the food is always great.. Very well run restaurant!
