We are a Coffeehouse / Cafe and Coffee Roaster opened 1 Sept. 1994. We roast 100 % Organic Coffee, Fair Trade Coffee, and are the first roaster in Canada to start roasting Cafe Femenino coffees in 2004. The Cafe has fresh baked in store goods, in store made Gelato, and we roast our own coffee at site near Cafe. Patio seating and EV Charging stations nearby. Try the freshest roasted coffee beans around. We stamp the roast date on each bag. Coffee is a rapid staling food that is best consumed withion 30 days of roasting. Coffee with oil on the bean surface is old coffee. Dry coffee beans are fresh coffee. Buy fresh coffee and grind just before brewing is the best option. Ask our barista crews or Roaster about coffees and brewing.
