Wasn’t too impressed. Went here with a group. We were going to see a show after our meal. So, we all ordered, slowly everyone’s food came out except mine. It finally came out just when everyone in our group got up to go to the theatre to see the movie that was about to start. So instead of me enjoying my food and the company of friends, I was rushed out the door, just shy of bringing the plate with and shoveling the food down as I make my way to the theatre. I wasn’t impressed the kitchen didn’t have their stuff together to send our our whole tables order out at once. The food is the same no matter the location. We haven’t been back since.
NEGATIVE! Another disappointing dinner at White Spot. Ordered the lemon-grilled chicken ceasar salad. Chicken was obviously not grilled – looked like it was poached, and it was 1/2 of a 1/2 of breast of chicken on a plate of lettuce that had waaay too much dressing on it. I called the server back and asked her if the chicken looked like it had been grilled and she said it did not. She took 1/2 the price off my bill. I handed her the plate and told her to take the whole amount off. Doesn’t seem to matter what I order at this particular establishment, they manage to screw it up. Soggy deep fried zucchini, or zucchini with no breading, cold fries, sloppy burger, meat on the beef dip has the consistency of chewed meat. C’mon White Spot…get on your game! There’s lots of restaurants in Mission…you need to step it up.
Complain to the head office. Avoid this location. It should be closed. All the staff including management need to be replaced. If there is an apocalypse and this the only restaurant open, never order take out. Your order will be wrong or incomplete.
Horrible service, under staffed and dirty restaurant. When the food does come fresh and the way it’s supposed to be made the food can be good. But you would have better odds at the casino. I love white spot, just not this one. They have been given 9 chances since moving to mission and this will be my last as their has been some problem at each visit. A red robin or Swiss Chalet would be a welcomed change to take that locations place.
Croutons stale, fish undercooked, gave me the wrong sauce, barly any sauce with the ceaser, slow service. Over all crap experience.
Bad service Bad food, I have been here 2 times about 8 months in between visits and the waitresses are rude and have no customer service I have waited an hour and a half on one visit to get my half cooked food, this place is a joke I don’t know who owns it but they must not care at all about their restaurant to letting it continue on the way it is, I will never return here again.
Just Awful. This place, is the slowest, most unorganized White spot (their all bad), I’ve ever seen in my life. Cold food, cold staff and a cold restaurant. Do yourself a favour and hit up the save-on-foods right near it. Spend 5 dollars and buy you and your girl a hungry man or two, you’ll thank me later.0/10
