I was looking for Asian style pork jerky in YVR, so was excited to try out BKH. The location is convenient and easy to find. A bit disappointed with the jerky as I found the slices are too thick and lots of overburned corners. The taste is average as though it was not seasoned sufficiently. The 1/2 lbs package for $12 contains about 4-5 slices. If you really miss the Asian style pork jerky locally, you might just want to buy the smaller packaging to satisfy you craving.

Would like to respond about the previous review. What happened with this person was a one time thing and that we have taken the steps to ensure that this will not happen again.
WARNING TO BKH JERKY CONSUMERS.. This isnt actually a bad review just a heads up for people who eat there. I went last week and found pieces of steel flakes cooked into my jerky I saw 2 peices in one sheet. Im assuming they use a very low quality steel wool to clean theyre grill and it breaks off without the cooks noticing. This is a very dangerous thing to digest and please be careful if your feeding this to your kids especially. But all in all the jerky is amazing….but a little dangerous.
Amazing. Simply amazing.. I ordered the Spicy Pork Jerky on-line….B.C to Saskatchewan. I love, love, love this product. Read all the other reviews for this and know that it’s a big juicy ‘ditto’ from me.

Jerky. This is the best jerky I have ever had. I challenge anyone to steer me to find anything better!!!
