Worst restaurant service I ever had. I came in with my 2 year old. Sat down and as she handed me the menu, i asked if she had Bun Rieu, she told me to look at the menu and abruptly walked away. They used to serve that, so i had to stroll through the front and back of the menu looking for a dish they once had with a child thats all over his chair. Was dissappointed that they discontinued it. She came back to take my orders within 2 mins, of course didnt look through all of it yet, but she was so impatient upon taking the orders. And when i asked her for a small bowl and spoon for my boy, she didnt even respond. So i just helped myself and grabbed it. I can understand that she is a one man show but you are running a restaurant, you should have some experience by now how to time manage and not be rude about it. And she could have responded with please help yourself. I would recommend a self serve table for drinks, utensils, and half a tablet at the service area people can punch their orders in to help her manage her time. I notice she is extra nice to the caucasian customers though. *shrugs* Never coming back, although the food is okay.

I’ve been coming here since it opened and while there were somebad days as a result of staffing issues, overall, it’s been good. The owner is the one that is in the kitchen by herself all the time. She is a one-man show! My favorite is number 23 – nice and spicy. I usually swap it out for regular pho noodles. The broth is nice and not listed with MSG which is hard to find in Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver. Given that she runs the place by herself, I have no expectations of service. This is my go to when I’m in need of a hot bowl of noodles.

Meh! This place seemed to be new in town to try. Most Vietnamese places are either in the quay or it’s not very good. So I was excited to try. The restaurant was very small, that seated a handful of people with limited space. I could have tolerated that, if they have better food. We ordered pho, as we were craving something soupy. When the pho came, it was a VERY big bowl, but not a whole lot of food. For that kind of price, I thought it was too pricey. The noodles weren’t really that outstanding either. The wait for the food was long. For some of us, one hour lunch is tight, when there is such a long wait, just for the food. Don’t think it’s a place that I would want to go back here.

Brutal. Waited 30 mins to get served soup and ended up being served a completely different dish.It took nearly as long to get a refund. How to have your business close 1 month after it opens…? This is how you do it.

Soooo yummmmy !!. Best pho in north van! Hands down! Favourite dish is the sate peanut noodle or the beef short rib dish!!
