Pho Goodness Sake! Why isn’t satay pho a thing everywhere? This is my second time returning to this place, and each time I have had nothing but a positive experience. I’ve noticed a lot of reviews complaining about the service but I guess I’ve just been very lucky each time.They have a large menu ranging from bahn mi, noodle soups, and appetizers. For any of the noodle soups, there’s an option to add a spicy, peanutty coconut sate broth for only $1.75.At my first time here, my friend C and I sat down and smelled the satay broth and couldn’t help but order one for ourselves. I’ve fallen madly in love since. The satay broth tastes a little like laksa. It’s kind of like a Vietnamese version of laksa, if you will. Out of the different noodle soups I’ve tried the satay with so far, I feel that the lemon grass chicken pho goes best with this specialty broth.
