Food was very average but I can see it being a good place to grab a brew and watch a game. We went for lunch with coworkers and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re grabbing a drink. There was only one server on for the whole restaurant! The poor girl looked so stressed and was having a hard time juggling everyone’s needs

Among the many bars on Main Street, Five Point is definitely up there. I usually go there for a casual beer, or double caesars on Sunday which they have on special. Perfect for those recovery days. Im personally not a huge fan of their food (especially the breakfast food), but the cheap drinks and the fun atmosphere make up for it. They have a great patio, perfect for those spring and summer afternoons.

This is a great place to just chill with friends when you can’t decide on a place to go. The service is usually pretty good, it’s above average pub food for sure and a sweet atmosphere. I used to come here a lot for drinks and snacks when I lived in the area! Also a good place for a first date since it’s casual but still classy.

Pub a Dub Dub. It was quite a treat to snag the last patio spot on a nice mild Friday evening. The menu is appealing enough for a pub food carnivore, I had the hot wings, with a side of ranch. They were indeed very good but should those 2 items combined cost $14.25?? Excuse my food value Natziism once again. We also had the carolina poutine which was nothing short of amazing. The BBQ pulled pork piled on top of the cheese curd riddled french fries with some chives on top were absolutely delectable! All in all good food, buzzing atmosphere, I enjoyed.

Love it here. Great pub. Food is good, staff are nice, beer on tap is plentiful. My favourite place on Main St to get a pint…

Slop? Yup. Went for my bday dinner Holiday Monday and waited 15 minutes for service, dirty glasses and cutlery (my guest noticed it not me), bartered about a goddam garlic bun for 15 minutes (they said they’d butter a regular bun w garlic spread instead) and her soup some carrot soup was cold and came out not smooth like a bisque should be. My meal was the veg burger, the shittiest sloppiest burger I’ve ever had, disgusting. Garlic aioli was nothing but mayo and seasoning salt (gross). I couldn’t even eat it, shame on you Vancouver, I can get a far better food experience in Calgary. We didnt have to pay but i was VERY disappointed as it was my bday dinner right before I went home and it ruined the experience completely. They blamed being busy on a monday when it was dead, maybe a few bar patrons and 2 tables including ours – disgraceful!
