Yummy east indian food, clean restaurant. We happened per chance to go into Basant Sweets when we were shopping in the mall where it’s located. We had yummy and fresh dahi wadas (not just frozen ones). And muli parathas to die for. There was fresh carrot pickle and yoghurt to go with the parathas. We finished with rasmalai for desert. The place is clean and the washrooms (unlike in most east indian restaurants) are very clean too. The service is friendly and courteous. The first plate of dahi wadas were very spicy and the waitress immediately got us another one without the chilli tempering and didn’t charge us for the first one. And all this with a smile.
