This pub claims to be the friendliest pub in surrey and the reality it’s anything but. They need to get rid of the negative, rude and power tripping manager.
They have my FAVOURITE hot wings- far better than Wings up the street. They also have a good beef dip with cheese, onions and mushrooms. I don’t know why so many people seem to be complaining about the service, I’ve only had poor service once and it was on a hockey night so they were really busy.
Terrible Customer Service. There are a few terrible employees that work as cashiers. Extremely rude and no people skills what so ever. Apparently a lot of racism occurs against the Indo-Canadian population ex. Being refused for speaking on the phone too loud, beard now apparently not resembling ID etc. The owner really needs to re-evaluate the population being served and the people that are serving. Unfortunate. Id rather pay the extra dollar and go ELSEWHERE. And to the bitchy cashiers (mostly females) get a new job that you enjoy.
Really horrible customer service Rude cashiers with attitude considering I was a regular at there liquor store for over a year showing the same two pieces of ID then my name gradually wore off my bank card the same girls who see me a few times a week just start denying my driver licence and bank card out of the blue cause they can’t read the last few letters of my name tells me they don’t value there regulars and there CHEAP prices are just an excuse to go there. Stick to your government liquor stores people way better (PR) public relations
Food was pretty good but the manager was SO RUDE it’s pretty sad she is serving tables guess she really needs tips
