Pakwan house restaurant in surrey bc they have a worse worse customer service I have ever seen in my life . Whoever works their they don’t care about their customer service specialy they are very rude to the ladies as well . I heard myself said to one of the ladies there that they don’t care about you if you are not coming there because of their third class service and food. Definitely not going there anymore and recommend others too tontine about it before you step into the restaurant.

I was here for a birthday party on Sunday and I knew this was a place where I will never be coming agian!My friend booked the party hall and when we arrived to set everything, there were people having their lunch there! It took them 20 minutes to clear the place then won’t come and clean the floor or tables till the guests started arriving!Food was 30 minutes late and the kids were getting tired of hunger and the hot room ( No fan or AC)They denied us the left over food and the disposable cups and utensils went missing!WORST RESTAURANT EVER!

Good food bad service. This place has great food bad service and long wait times a chicken tikka takes about 45 mins to cook and the seating looks like a cafeteria of a 80’s high school
Best Tikkas in Town. The best Tikka’s in Vancouver, the food is consistently good, much better than Gulberg and Afghan Chopan and other surrey halal restaurant.
Their food is sometimes good but their service sucks. whenever we go there they dont have majority of food available which is on their menu list. When you do take out, its horrible and not cooked properly. After complaining they don’t want to give full money back. Their owner is extremely ill mannered who don’t know how to talk to customer.
