Since new ownership a few year ago, this restaurant has improved a lot. Back in the old old days, John ran a tight ship, and you could always depend on a great Greek meal. I have to say, now with the new ownership, (after a spell of bad ownership. Don’t know anything more than we tried it once, and went elsewhere) Now, we’re even more pleasantly surprised than when it was John’s!. We visited again tonight and enjoyed crisp calamari, perfectly seasoned and tender. Along with that, we shared a meat platter which was perfect for two to share. Two pieces of biftecki, lots of juicy chicken souvlaki, and lamb chops, (accompanied by the usual lemony scrumptious potatoes and rice, with Greek salad and bread). What sets this place apart from the other Greek places is the deft use of spice. I usually can pick out everything that goes in a sauce. Not so here. Something a little special adorns the chicken, and potatoes. And unlike many places, where we’re grabbing the salt and pepper, these dishes are perfect for our palate. There’s a few decent Greek places around, but lately I’ve been disappointed in one thing or another. But The Greek Corner has been consistently good lately. They get my next visit when I’m craving Greek again. No more trying other places. I’m a convert. Opa.

Worst roast lamb ever. Dry over cooked chunks of meat that taste like they were cooked previous day. Can only imagine the sunday rush being here because not many Greek options around.
