Love this place for a quick sushi bite. my favourites are the alaska roll and the normal salmon avocado rolls. They also serve the sauce on the side on the agedashi tofu which was a nice touch. Nothing fancy about this place but it’s good and cheap!
Oil that the tempura was deep fried in was off, beef teriyaki was mostly onions and the California roll tasted like the ones from 7-11.I won’t go here again
I live quite close to this restaurant so I often find myself wandering over here for dinner, mostly just because I’m too lazy to go any further. So far I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. I’ve tried a few different things,my favorites being beef teriaki,California cone,gyoza and a few others. (I’m pretty basic in my choices) customer service is just Ok,I always get take out. Food’s good so that’s all I care about!
Worst food and bad service. I’ve been there for almost 3 month. But I will never go this place again becuz last Thursday I went there with my gf and we ordered california rolls and prawn tempura and other sushi rolls. I can tell the avocado in sushi rolls were all black and rotten, and the prawn tempura were nearly cold. I called the waitress and simply asked for exchanged. She hemmed and hawed and walked away from us. I got so upset about her attitude and will never go to this restaurant any more. I do NOT recommend anyone go this restaurant as their food might cooked overnight and serve you the other day. Thumbs DOWN!
WORST SERVICE EVER, HORRIBLE FOOD. DO NOT COME
My favourite stop. I love going there ever school day! I usually order take-out but sometimes I like eating there, when I’m not on a rush. It’s close to the bus station and their service speed is decent. Also, it’s a really small place and makes me feel welcome.
The sushi bar. Located in the same plaza as safeway just south of 72nd ave & 138 st intersection.the good:-rice for sushi was soft and fresh-their online menu made ordering simplethe bad:-rice for sushi was too sweet and there was just too much of it in every roll-sushi was poorly made, comparable to sui sha yah ayce-teriyaki was bland and the beef was dry and crumbly-yakisoba was also bland and the noodles were overcooked and lacking elasticity-the person who took our order over the phone was not friendly in a borderline rude kinda waynot recommended 🙁
