Cinnamon Bear Bar & Grille is located inside the Hilton Whistler. There is the bar side and the grille side to this place and they are quite different. Summer Sangria was what I ordered. Great having in the Summer outside on their patio on a hot day.Tomato gazpacho with ice shrimp and vanilla oil was the first appetizer. It was cold and refreshing. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients.BC Dungeness Crab Cake with mango salsa and chipotle aioli. We noticed that the crab cake had a lot of crab and not stuffed with fillers like other restaurants.Grilled tenderloin of Alberta beef with Nova Scotia lobster, scallop, asparagus and a maltaise sauce. I liked the burger so much, I went back this past weekend and decided to have the Lobster and Chicken Caesar Salad from the restaurant. Oh my; new favourite. Home made dressing to boot and there was lots of lobster and chicken. It was a meal in itself and one of the best salads I have had in ages.07 May, 2011Jjones. Can’t believe those comments about the burger. I just had one yesterday and it was probably one of the best burgers I have had in Whistler. Home made patty and the pancetta was awesome! Service was good.

Jan 22 Horrible service, worse food. Burger buns fall apart instantly, too much sauce, ingredients (tomatoes, lettuce etc.) that MacDonalds wouldn’t serve. Sat for 20 mins before we saw a server
