A full sports bar with lots of games on the big screen including college basketball and NBA; premiere league football and curling!! Heaps of tables inside and plenty outside around the fire pits to keep warm.Trying a bunch of things on the menu. The jerk chicken wraps are spicy as all hell, cooled by a tasty guacamole and fresh salad. They usually come with fries but we upgraded to poutine. Those fresh cut chips, gravy and cheese… take me to heaven right now.The roast chicken is massive. Half a perfectly roasted and seasoned bird that is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The side Caesar Salad helps you avoid meat sweats. Generously poured drinks and phenomenal service. Great place to stop in.
Ambiancd: decided to check this place and sat outside to take in the beautiful views of the mountain. This place was very busy and to me that meant it must be good. There was great music playing, to help with the colder temperatures they had heaters placed all around. The larger parties at this place got the table with the fire place on the table.Food: jerk chicken – such a disappointment I was so excited to try this and when it finally came out I did not enjoy it. The tortilla was soggy, the minimal jerk seasoning flavour was overshadowed by the hot peppers.Poutine: Everyone around me seemed to have ordered this and they all look satisfied. I should have just gotten that.Service: it was slow, our orders were mixed up twice. I do sympathize with the servers, no one knew which table ordered what. Several times I turned away food which was not mine. I was also never given any cutlery, I ended up going inside to find some along with condiments.
We had California burger, Nachos, Ribs, chicken strips, chicken wrap and poutine. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch here. Music was good. Victoria, our server, was attentive. Nachos serving is huge. All burgers have either fries or salad. One feedback though, I asked for my burger to have no onions and no pickles. They forgot to remove the onions.
The restaurant is located right at the base of the mountain. The service I received two days in a row was exceptional. My beers and food came on time and I didnt have to wait to get assistance. Would have given them a 5 except they charged me $2 more on my beer than other spots I had already visited in the area..
Located at the base of the mountain at the chairlifts. Perfect place to grab a drink and bite after a walk in the village or day on the mountain.Food was really good and the staff had the chaos organized.
Amazing place to hang out after a long day! The patio is just amazing to sit by with a glass of drink, good music , amazing food. All in all an amazing place to relax and have a good time.
Decent food but crappy service and uninterested wait staff. Great location and heated outdoor patio though right at the base of the whistler lifts.
