Had been to this place recently. Their seating was great. Service was good. Liked the ambience too. Tried out their-Chicken wings (in barbeque sauce)- Tasted pretty sweet and a bit much saucy. 3/5Spaghetti with meatballs- The quantity was great. Taste was pretty good. 4/5Overall a good place.
Really loved the service here, and the food for the price is pretty worth it, in my opinion. For one spaghetti, it’s roughly $15 ish, but it includes tea, ice cream, and soup or salad. It really fills you up. The spaghetti tastes great, no complaints.
I just tried to order take out and was told that they just had a large party walk in and can’t take my single order. If I go there they could take the order but not over the phone. In my 12 years of serving experience I have never ever heard of such a thing and feel this is terrible customer service.
A consistently good meal; service can be hit or miss, but you always know what to expect with the food. Great value for Whistler & a decently cheap bottle of wine too! Generous portions & a good price.
If you want a quick belly filler for the kids then this place does exactly what it says on the tin. Cheap large portions with added bread, soup and salad. Quality to be expected but certainly a must visit when in town
We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though 75% of the restaurant was empty. Server was slow with drinks and refills. Food was terrible: Lasagne was burned to a crisp on top ( server made no aplogy), sauce was flavorless. Husband’s mushroom alfredo ravioli was like soup and the mushrooms were definitely out of a can. Then they served our toddler’s meal to him on a burning hot plate. Like seriously? I understand keeping it warm, but not even I, an adult could touch that plate for fear of getting burnt. On top of it all, the only tip option was 18% on their machine… must be because they know if they had otherwise, no one would get tips. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
Don’t go…. Terrible service. I wasn’t allowed to order what I want apparently my definition in salad dressing is wrong. I have to eat my green salad with thousand island dressing as it is also same as Italian and French dressing according to the server. Food quality was not even close to their other locations. I was not offered what I’m suppose to have with my meal until I asked for it….. I’m so confused of how a meal is supposed to be ordered after today.
