The beef burgers have always been pretty good. Had the southern chicken burger.. it was sad, nothing amazing but just the alternative from beef. One of my fave gravy places. The server was very nice and friendly.
Their revised menu is worth a chance. Honestly though I feel like the food is hit or miss nowadays as well as overpriced and pretentious for what you get. With so many other pubs in the area offering locally sourced meat and produce as well as those showcasing BC’s craft beer industry, it’s REALLY hard to find any motivation to go here for a meal. Not to mention I can’t go here without running into someone from high school from 15 years ago who still hangs at the same bar every day.
