Amazing. First time, ordered the beef chop suey, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour pork, wonton soup and a spring roll. Everything was delicious and veggies were crisp especially In the spring roll.
This was our first time eating at this restaurant, since we have been searching for a new Chinese restaurant since our last one recently changed owners and food. The amounts were very good. The chow mein and fried rice were packed tight in their containers. There was lots of food!So far, I’m most impressed with their egg rolls. They must be made in-house. They are veggie, but the best egg rolls I have ever had. There was no mushy filling. The veggies inside were even still slightly crisp! They may not be good for my waist-line, but as a treat now and then, they are delicious!!!! Well worth $1.50 as they are very big and filling!
I find it too much on the salty side, but the sesame chicken and beef and broccoli dishes are good.
We ordered our first time a couple months ago , I must say they have the best ginger chicken I’ve ever tasted !!!!!
Disappointing. We ordered basic Chinese and it was terrible. Ok, the spring rolls were good. But the chicken chow mein was 95% noodles – almost no chicken or vegetables. The lemon chicken and the dry ribs were ALL batter – you’d be hard pressed to actually find the meat in the batter – I know cause I tried. The food was bland and lack luster and really really disappointing. Its too bad because we like to support the local little guy but the owner needs to take a hard look at the quality of the food.
What a disappointment. We read the reviews and expected to eat at least a half decent meal. The scallops were tough and tasted of vinegar – that was just the first dish we threw out. The won tun broth tasted slightly of seasoning and the won tuns of old meat. The deep fried squid was tough, over-cooked on the outside, and because it was way too battered, bigger pieces were under-cooked on the inside. The meat in the chow mein special tasted old and a bit off. You might just want to give this one a miss – we sure wish we had.
I’m writing this as I eat…I ordered the Dinner for 4 ($45.68 tax included). This is excellent food! Im Asian and I’m telling you all that I couldnt have better from my own family! I can’t believe it’s take out. Properly prepared and presented. Clean fresh taste…crispy…tender….again, EXCELLENT! Finally a great Chinese food place in North Delta. This is truly a family business that serves food true to their roots! You can taste the passion and commitment to quality! Orange Blossom has definitely earned my rating of excellence…as it will yours!
