Rude. I went there 5 days in a row, each day at the till the service staff just looked at me blankly without personality. Each time when I tipped them, they did not say thank you. When my espresso was ready at the bar I said ‘thank you’ and they just turned their back as a reply. From my observations the staff are overly nice to people they already know and almost seem to shun those that they don’t know. I am going to the cornerstone cafe from now on, which is too bad because this place is close to home.
