  Horrible A&W quality and service. Before having to leave town for 3 weeks the night before I left i went through the drive thru at capri center and got a papa burger combo, sub onion rings and gravy with no seasoning salt on the burger. I live a block away. When I got home the onion rings were complete stale rubber as they were clearly under the hotwell for hours. The gravy was cold and the burger had salt on it and was also cold. I called and reported it right away and the guy said he would write it in the book as a meal replacement. I told him I would not be able to come in and claim that for three weeks. He said it would be in the book when you come in. So today I walked in there greeted by a short guy Michael owner operator which also owns the one on lakeshore / pandosy road and he was basically calling me a liar cause I never had a receipt. Mark the name of the employee said he would write it in the book right away cause he knew I was just there and then never did. After Michael was completely rude telling me he cant do anything for me and people try pull this one with him all the time. Like are you kidding me. Total ahole not taking accountability for his crappy product and service he served me. I went home and dug through the garbage to get his receipt he wanted for 12.10 and then he looked like he was going to replace my meal. No thanks i said I dont want a spit burger after all this so I just asked for a refund and he looked all pissed off. Ill never go there again. Ive seen him in the pandosy location yelling at his staff on many occasions. This A&W Sucks and even more so does the guy that owns it.
