No surprises here. Everything you’d expect from a franchise coffee shop. But the staff and especially the owner has always been polite. And best of all you can actually grab a quick coffee or tea to go. A simple task the other 2 neighborhood coffee shops seem incapable of mastering.
Brought back to the fold. Blenz downtown used to be my go-to coffee house until a number of absolutely horrible Americanos over a number of weeks turned me off. Last night we found ourselves looking for a coffee to cart along to the fireworks and popped in to this location. First of all it was a clean and well laid-out shop and secondly, Alicia, made me a damn good Americano. Thanks.

Bad idea. I have made the mistake of going to this Blenz location multiple times. They are rude, impolite and slow. Actually slow is an understatement. You are lucky if they make your coffee in order of who arrived first. I’ve been forgotten about multiple times and all around disappointed by the manager and his unprofessional behavior.
