Earls is very bad. I ate at Earls with the thought of quality food but all i got was white racists serving me garbage, i would rather eat the scum off of a McDonalds grill then eat at earls again.
I am very disappointed with this place since I left the bar for less than 5 minutes and left my WHOLE meal in a to go box and they threw it out. I’m a waitress and it’s always been a courtesy to keep it for a short amount of time before disposing of it. Not impressed
Patio hostess. Came tonight to go for dinner on the patio with a couple friends and the girl was extremely rude.. Told us a 2.5 hour wait and then told us that it would be pointless cause by that time it would be last call.. We always get treated great but this one girl was so unprofessional and extremely unattentative.
Hi, I got a gift card for Christmas and we wanted to go out for dinner, so called Earl’s and were told there was no way for a wheelchair bound person could get ther. Okay, so we found out we could order and get take out. Wow what a surprise, my husband goes to pick up the orders of halibut and chips and bacon cheddar burger both with fries and ends up being jostled around and cooked all at the same time. No air conditioning it’s so hot outside and even hotter sitting in this packed foyer. He almost had to leave it was so hot!! Anyway we immediately went to eat our late dinner out?? and the fries were so hard they were unedible and his cheese burger was thrown in the garbage it was that bad, dry and chewy, so ended up we had to go home and find some thing to eat. That’s Earl’s on Top experience for us.
Great to hang out. I love lake view from roof top patio. . really enjoy our night with friends. restaurant and the service was pleasant but I found the food very ‘prepared’ and salty but over all nice place to Hang out.
Okay…. The service is always great here but the food… not so much… they need to learn to heat their food properly
