Should fire unfriendly bouncer who does not say please and is general very unpleasant to deal with. Also asking for ID from the over 50 crowd is a bit silly Don’t have a clue about anything food or drinks but that does not matter considering the’face’ you are greeted by
Fabulous. My wife and I had a delicious meal the other night. She had the Chicken & prawns and I had the steak done to perfection. We asked the server to recommend wine. Glad we asked! Spot on. Service was excellent we were both blown away by the incredible view. we talked with the manager and ended up booking our daughters wedding reception in 2013. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Bad Food, Rude Service. I ordered the burger, which was flavorless, dry and one-dimensional. Fries were decent I suppose, though the service was barely passable, and our server insulted one of our friends’ wine preference. Will not eat here again.
Not Very Good. We went to Hanna’s on a recent trip to Kelowna and were very disappointed. This restaurant had a beautiful rooftop patio overlooking the lake which must have been what we were paying for because the food was not good. I ordered a dish off the specials menu, an $18 Tuscan Salad which was supposed to have cheese, candied pecans, prosciutto and prawns. What I got was basically just a huge pile of lettuce with a prawn skewer and a little bit of cheese and nuts sprinkled on the top. It tasted ok (though not worth $18 in my opinion) until I started eating further and began pulling out large clumps of rotten lettuce. According the waitress they had recently switched to bagged lettuce and apparently weren’t checking it at all. Gross. My husband was also not very impressed with his dried up burger. Would not waste my money there again.
Amazing. I have eaten here at least a couple of dozen times and it even though the first time was excellent it just seems to get better every time I go in there. The entire menu is completely made from scratch and with a lot of care and love. I have sent many people here and have always been told how awesome the food and view was and that they will definitely be going back. I find it hard to believe I have had nothing but positive experiences here and people write the kind of reviews they do. Try this amazingly beautiful restaurant out and I guarantee you will be blown away by not only the quality of the food and location but the prices for an entirely scratch menu can not be beat in the entire city.
Slice of heaven. Had dinner there the other day and it was solid as always, specials are amazing…. the dessert is worth taking home to try if you run out of belly room. 2 Thumbs Up 🙂 Tried to take pic of the food but cell camera is terrible.
Bland Food, Poor Service. I went to Hanna’s along with a bridal party, expecting delicious food and a great atmosphere. Instead, we found that the menu was completely different than what we had seen online and the selection was minimal and overpriced. We ordered several appetizers to share, all of which were bland and tasteless. The staff was also not very friendly or helpful. When we went to pay, their debit system was down so most of our party had to use their in house ATM, and were forced to pay a surcharge of $2.75 per transaction. We were all very disappointed to say the least and I would never go back here, or recommend this restaurant to anyone. In fact, I don’t even know how this place stays open.
