Friends and I had come for lunch and dinner many times over the years. Servers have always been excellent. Have only come during the day though. Cannot say what every service is like.Food hit or miss.
Nice restaurant for my husband’s late birthday dinner. 2 for 1 appetizers was great. We just ordered 4 dishes, but they are good enough for us already.
Had the pleasure of eating at their food truck at Pemberton Music Festival. I ordered the chicken lips and pachos, which were decent but not worth the price one bit. I expect a lot more when I am paying 20$ for chicken fingers and waffle fries with bits of cheese and chives on them. I do have to compliment them on their sauce. It was zesty and tastes great with the rest my meal.
The pachos are wonderfulI came to this place after i heard of its pachos and sure wasn’t disappointed! Everything from the dressing to the presentation. Friendly staff is a big plus.
Kept hearing about pachoes (pacho’s?)from a family member who grew up in Kelowna and finally decided to try them last summer whilevisiting the Okanagan. The ambience is pub-like. I ordered their classic cheeseburger with bacon with a side of pachoes (extra cheese). The burger was average – nothing special but also not bad at all. The pachoes were amazingand the pacho sauce was a delicious accompaniment – a mix of mayo/honey mustard type goodness! The extra cheese definitely was a bonus and next timeI wastold to try adding bacon bits as well.Look forwardto visiting again soon.
The food was mediocre at best and the service was AWFUL. The staff were all drinking on the job at the rooftop bar instead of doing their real jobs and were insanely rude. At one point one of the waitresses started laughing and pointing at our table along with one of the tables she was waiting on that were her friends clearly. The food was another story. The pachos were fine but my friend ordered the chow mein/an asian dish and it was basically ichiban noodles in broth and some steamed veggies… really gross and weird. Overall, the horrible service would make me highly recommend going somewhere else. Also, everyone was smoking on the rooftop patio and it just reeked.
people who take the call hang off before we finish talk. We we get there he said he have reserved for 6 people. There are rooms avaloable but he will not accommodate us or help us to arrange a bigger table. We have to seat in two tables. Not happy.
