Bad service. I was there today with my Daughter’. I bought a coffee and my Daughter ask a cup of water. He changed 25cents which I don’t mind to pay. But he did not give her any water in the cup. And I asked where is water and he pointed at washroom. There was sink just behind him. I also gave him tip but I felt get money back. Such a bad service I never go back there again.

Great coffee, great staff, great banana bread. Gluten & lactose free. However, they add 15% caffeinated coffee beans to their decaf espresso. This is a betrayal of consumer trust.
Five’s Top Ten Coffee Shops … Number Eight!!!. As a confirmed coffee addict, I have tried nearly every coffee shop in Kelowna and the surrounding area. KVR Coffee came in at number eight on my list. I may edit this in the future, as I am sure there are some that I have not yet tried so I apologize if I have missed a favourite of yours. I chose my top ten on the following criteria: coffee quality, decor/environment, food quality and selection, service and washrooms. No preference was given to local shops versus big chains, they were all evaluated on the same criteria.So without further ado …8) KVR Coffee – Located in the Capri Mall, this is a must stop after a trip to Winners or a busy grocery day. Solid all around place with great service, great coffee and a really good selection of sweets. Nice comfortable seating and even a book exchange. Decent outdoor seating, but again … stop letting people smoke where others are enjoying food. What is this, 1970?To see the rest of my top ten see my profile.
Apple Cider!. I know this might sound funny, but the first drink I had here was the Caramel Apple Cider, and I loved it. I do not have anything else when i go here. Its awesome, the staff is friendly, Doug and Laurie are great, and it is always busy! If you go the the Capri Mall check this place out, and take at least 1 drink for your shopping experience!
