  A real Gem for Downtown Kelowna. If you want a quality meal with a very short wait time, then your in for a real treat. This family run operation has found a niche that is sorely lacking in our area, and that’s been proven out by gaining quick popularity right from the get-go. I love the menu – easy to choose, and varied every day. Nothing complicated – just quality food, made with quality ingredients, and prepared by a husband and wife team who really know how to a meal together. This young couple has got it nailed when it comes to the palate, and you’d be hard-pressed to find this kind of quality elsewhere that can be delivered in such short order. Even most of the condiments are home-made! Besides Nick and his wife,Nicole, the family touch doesn’t end there – not only is the food top-notch, but there’s Mom and Dad helping out at the front counter with the best service and biggest smile you’ll find anywhere. And they cater too! If you want to impress your group, then give Nourish a try – you won’t regret it.

  Hands Down my Favourite Place to eat in Kelowna!. Since Nourish opened in spring 2014 I’ve eaten there probably 100 times! The sandwich creations and Hawaiian sweet rolls that they serve them on are something I’ve never experienced before! Unbelievable tasting food that leaves me (and everyone else in my office) eating there as much as we can possibly get away with. Not to mention the Chef Nick and his Dad are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I would recommend Nourish to EVERYONE, if you haven’t eaten there you are seriously missing out!

  Simple, Tasty, Fresh, Smart. Nourish is an absolute gem of a lunch place. There is an ever-changing menu which features 3 sandwiches (2 meat, 1 veggie), a rice bowl, smoothies, soups and other delectables.The sandwiches start with incredible bread made in-house each day. You have a choice between Cuban and Hawaiian style and I usually go with the Cuban as it has that chewy, yet soft texture that holds up to a great sandwich. Today I enjoyed the Asian burger which was a simple, but well-seasoned pork patty served with crisp daikon and lettuce and slathered with what I’ll call an Asian aioli. Each component pops and is clear in flavour, yet balance together to form a harmonious dish. I’m also having a beef barley soup which features the rich, peppery broth and hearty barley bits you would expect from a great beef barely soup. The soup is always severed with crisp, seasoned crostini which is amazing.I haven’t tried it myself, but a co-worker with a very discerning palette swears by the cold soups which are created daily.If you don’t know what to eat, just ask the chef; he’s always got a good recommendation.Past experiences have all been incredible and this place is my go-to when I don’t have lunch plans. Really impressive attention to flavour and quality, simple and clean dcor and fast-friendly service.Cannot emphasize enough that the price-point is amazing for the quality of food you get. I’ve recommended the place to anyone asking for a place to try.
