Hey, I was passing through town and stopped at The Canadian Brwwhouse and had one of the best meals I have ever had. It wasn’t just the food, it was the whole atmosphere. I was able to enjoy the game while also enjoying some of the best service from my server Natasha.Thanks alot Tasha for everything. I will definitely be back!
I’m a once a month patron and will continue to be. Tried numerous plates all have been good to excellent. If you stop in, make sure to sit in Ashlee’s section. The shining star there…has hit out of the park with her excellent service every time. Without people like her and others they help make a good meal great!
I cannot believe such an established chain restaurant could screw so many things up, so many times. I’ve eaten here probably half a dozen times, and there’s been something significantly messed up EVERY TIME. On one occasion, we waited well over an hour for our entrees to come after our appys. Nothing like being stuck in an obnoxiously loud restaurant for nearly 3 hours. On another, they tried to serve me something that belonged in the trash – it was pathetically tiny, looked disgusting, and the side veggies were completely missing. I’ve worked in food service, and I cannot believe that plate made it out of the kitchen – it was embarrassing. Of course, we had been waiting a ridiculously long time (seems to be a theme there), so I had to wait even longer for a redo or watch my friends eat and leave hungry. It was just awful. Manager is a nice guy and was apologetic, of course, but that only does so much when it happens at a near constant. Fortunately, that was enough to finally convince everyone not to go back.
Wow what horrible service! Cam in for a quick lunch. Not many people in the place when we got here, had to wait forever for the server to take our order! She took the table behind us that came in after us first after telling us we would have to wait! Now going on 11/2 hora an no food!!! The place is packed now! What a joke! Never coming back!
The Canadian Brewhouse Kelowna is by far the best place in town to grab a drink and watch a sporting event. Every seat in the place has a great view of the game and it is a very comfortable environment!The Brewhouse has great food and drink specials going on and always have raffles, trip and jersey giveaways and fun events going on. I have never had a bad meal at the Brewhouse and they have a great menu with a great selection. I find their staff to be very personable, positive and welcoming. Kelsie the bartender is THE BEST and Felipa the GM does a great job.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Amazing place with unreal staff. Food is excellent and the portions are huge, I have never left hungry. Everybody from the staff all the way up to management go out of there way to make you feel at home. I have never had a bad experience here, this place is phenomenal.UFC tonight… you know whereIll be!
The Brewhouse is a great place to catch a game or grab a bite to eat. The beer selection is outstanding and the food is always good. Dan is an awesome bartender who is on the ball when it comes to service and is extremely personable and always entertaining with his witty humour.
