Dwtwn. I think they are open till 3AM… It’s an awesome place. Food is really clean and tasty. Fresh veggies and sauce… The service is good too. I was impressed by the hours they are open… probably the best place to eat after 12.
Horrible employee customer service.. I love pita pit so much because its a healthy alternative to other fast food options. I usually get a really well made pita in the end but today when I came in I was disapointed that I did not get to use their new bread warmer. I only noticed after the girl put hummus in my pita and when I asked about it she made up a lie as to why I didnt get the option. She told me they only use frozen pitas for it……well for one thats not true, you are putting steam into the pita to moisten it. And second she should have frozen pitas out if that is the case. I also noticed the girl used the same spatula for the taziki and the hummus which cross contamination for the next person. The whole station was almost empty so when I asked for feta I got the very endpart of the container. The girl that took my order was not even working she was just hanging out with her friend. The girl that served me also seemed very bored and not happy at all to make my meal. I work in food service as well, if she was my employee I would not keep her because it would be a profit loss for me, clearly the girl did not want ro be there. I will only come back when the owners are around to serve me.
SO bad. I’m vegetarian so I ordered the falafel pita, and the girl serving me pushed me into buying the bean patty pita (which is a few $$’s more) and my friend ordered a chicken souvlaki pita. So when she goes to make them she cooks the chicken about 1 inch from my patty and uses the same spatula to cook both the chicken and the bean patty!! I was outraged. Chopping through the chicken, then not taking a pause to flip my patty. I stood there watching her make it, then proceed to put my friends chicken in my wrap, and the bean patty in hers. So she realises her mistake and asks us if its ok if she picks the fillings out and swaps them! I obviously said no that was not ok and watched her make it all over again, taking another 10 or so minutes. Never in my life have I seen such disregard for someone not eating meat, and she proceeded to talk about how she was also vegetarian!? It also irritated me that they have a tip option on the debit terminal, this is fast food, and lousy fast food at that. Probably fills the hole at 2am after stumbling out of cheetahs, but that is about it. If you are sober and it is before midnight, avoid this place. By the time you get upsold it is $10 for a crappy pita, go get a poutine down the street.
Best food ever. Friendly staff and amazing customer service. I would defiantly recommend to go there, you wont regret it ! you will experience the best food ever ! plus there open late nights ! cant go wrong ! 🙂
Best place for a pita. Owners are super friendly and care about their customers. Food is always fresh and there are lots of options. My favorite is the Philly cheesesteak pita!
