Excellent, excellent food. The pepper angus steak was recommended by the waiter, it was perfect. The sides were incredibly tasty, with a sauce from mushrooms etc. Cocktails were very tasty. One thing to note that the patio is not on the water, but nonetheless was still intimate and romantic.
Every time I visit Kelowna I make sure to make a trip to Old Vines. Their staff is friendly and accommodating, the food is always excellent and the ambience is cozy. This is your sort of restaurant where you can have a drink at the bar, dine with your friends or have a romantic evening with your partner. We ordered a bottle of wine, to which the staff were very professional with in regards to serving us. We had the elk tartare to share as starters, it was very tasty and the portion was just enough. For mains, we had the flat iron steak and the duck breast – both were scrumptious and savoury. I only wish that the serving of the duck breast was more because I was still craving some after dinner!
