I felt inclined to create an account and leave a review for anyone thinking about eating at Pizza Zone. I used to love this place. I would regularly order the 420 pizza which was amazing but the new owners have messed with the recipe and now it is incredibly disappointing. The best part about the 420 pizza was the fresh crispy bacon layered on the top of the pizza and the plentiful amount of chorizo but they have decided to replace the bacon with small bits of pork which I assume are bought in frozen and one measly piece of chorizo per slice of pizza. I actually called and said they forgot the bacon but was notified that they changed their recipe. In addition, I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and the amount of chicken they gave you was a joke. They are clearly just trying to lower their food costs and the result is a travesty. I ordered using the online order system. I ordered a 2L of Root Beer but they brought me diet gingerale. I also ordered chipotle dips but they brought me garlic sauce.This place used to be awesome, but with all the good pizza places in Victoria, I will NEVER eat there again. Pizza zone is dead.
Terrible!. It wasn’t the best place under the original owners, but my god it has gone to the dumps now! Seriously, if they had just kept with the same portions,prices and recipes, even with their blank, emotionless stares while serving customers, it might be ok when hammered. The box it comes in has more taste and texture than the dough, and if you can find any cheese clinging to one of the sparse toppings, go buy a lotto ticket, because it is your lucky day mister! In conclusion, way to drive your business into the ground idiots!
New ownershit. I loved the pizza there back in the day but the new owners clearly don’t care. Shame. RIP 420.
BLECH. What happened? Sorely disappointed in the change in sauce and the soggy crust. Just BLECH.
Amazing pizza. The pizza was delicious!!!! Loved the crisp added to the crust and the 420 is a dish you have to try!!!

First impressions last…even when they’re bad.. Decided to order from pizza zone for the first time, what a mistake that was. I order online where the website states around 40 minutes which I consider very reasonable. My order didn’t arrive until an hour and 45 minutes later. I was charged over $8 for something they don’t carry, which they should have removed from my bill immediately or could have at least informed me at the door. They brought me six cans of pop because they were out of 2 liter bottles and the pizza and chicken wings were already cold by the time my order was brought to me. I will go in and receive my refund for the missing item and I will never order from pizza zone again.
