I had some tacos al pastor nothing really close to the original. We ordered tamales everything there is warmed up in the microwave and the tamales were cold I asked them to reheat them, they were cold when I ate them, sad to say but I don’t recommend this place

Online menu is as misleading as the food descriptions. Bf and I were craving mexican being on the north shore there are not alot of options. Looked online and found this place. Menu prices were cheap and the food descriptions were tastey….. sounding,we ordered 5 different menu items. Ready in 10 shoukd have tipped me off.when we picked up our 5 course meal the prices that were rang in were different from the online menu we had ordered from by $ 2-3 per item that added an extra $15 to our bill which is a lot. When this was pointed out by me to the sales person she said they had recently changed their prices and if I had told her I was ordering from online she would have told me on the phone…. I called in! Where did I get the menu from? I did not make a big deal about it but kindly asked for a refund for the online price and she refused. My bf being hungry I did not make a fuss. Got home and food was horrible it was warm and the mexican rice has pickled beans and such in it. Save them for a tequila caesar!I would have forgiven the extra $$ if the food was even half decent.Needless to say a waste of money, wont go back.
Terrible!! Keep Walking!!!. If you like Mexican food this is not the restaurant to visit. The food is low quality but what’s even worse is the horrible service. The people working there don’t seem to understand the concept of good customer service and treated us very poorly. We made the mistake of ordering a dish that came with a sauce that we didn’t like and when they weren’t willing to give us a dish with a different sauce, asked them to at least give us some free sauce to cover up the flavor and they were not willing to help us at all. I was appalled at their unwillingness to help improve our dining experience in any way. What would cost them cents to make a customer happy was apparently too much to ask for. There’s a great Mexican restaurant on Esplanade called Cinco de Mayo. Give that a shot instead.
The most horrendous attitude on the two servers I have ever encountered at a restaurant. I have never seen such utter disregard for the customer’s satisfaction. The food was mediocre at best, quite bland and somewhat stale. There are many better options for Mexican food within a two block radius. Stay away!!
Yuk!. Worse taco salad I’ve ever had. It was just slightly better than tasteless and the shell was greasy. Won’t be back.
Excellent for ingredients when you plan on making Mexican dinner. Fresh salsa, amazing guacamole, tortilla etc. friendly staff
