The dishes used to be good. I order the noodle soup most of the time. It has been a while since I visited the mall. I decided to order the same thing I had before. I wasn’t thrilled as they don’t serve the chow mien type noodles anymore. I got rice vermicelli noodles instead. I eat those at home all the time.So after the first bite and sip of the soup, it was so bland. I went back and asked for packets of soy sauce. It made it better. Near the end of finishing my noodles, I took a spoonful of soup and it was so gritty and salty! I tipped the bowl a little and see a chunk of salt that weren’t even dissolved and mixed, realizing that it was sitting under all those noodles. No wonder the first few bites were bland. I ended up spitting out the rest and couldn’t eat anymore.
