Unique done right. Wings awesome, marinated in cassava sauce?! Real a squeezed ginger beer iced tea had perfect balance of ginger kick and sweet tea. Fish and cassava cakes had a great tangy sauce. Service was really friendly and quick.
My girlfriend and I were strolling the food truck area at the shipyards night market. We saw this truck and said why not, we haven’t had Caribbean food truck before. They ran out of the curry chow mein which was alright, didn’t bother us. We decided to get the wings and rice. Service is 5/5. A very friendly owner and worker. As for the dish, it’s good but not memorable. I’ll pass by again sometime and try another item.
