This place has become my favourite restaurant for Persian breakfast cuz I get the Best halim , kalepache and ash (Persian breakfast) in BC , very reasonable price and good service.
It was awful, costumer service was so bad, They wanted only canadian cash but we only had USD or visa card , they unfortunately didnt exchange our USD and we paid our order with USD without exchange with Canadian Dollar, that day was USD=1.4 Canadian Dollars!!!!

Pretty reasonable donairs. I love taking it out to the park across the street when it is a nice day. Debit or cash only as I don’t think I could use my credit card there last time ? No hassle not fancy but sometimes that’s what you want for a really good value stuffed donair.
The best brunch ever….. I love HALIM , when he served me HALIM I thought I can’t finish it , but it was fabulous …. It has been 5 days I’m in vancouver and I have been there every morning ….
$5.50 for a chicken or beef donair is pretty reasonable. Yummy. And the park just outside is perfect place to enjoy it.
Never disappoints.
