I used to live a couple block away from MRBF so I came here almost every morning when I was a kid. Their bagels are always fresh and their homemade cream cheese is so good. I usually get a cinnamon or poppyseed bagel with their honey vanilla cream cheese.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!! The woman at the counter was rude and unhygienic. She was making my bagel when a customer came in, so she served him and kept her gloves on as she rang him through. Then she proceeded to handle my bagel with the same gloved hands that she used to touch the money! I was aghast and when I pointed this out to her and asked for my money back, she angrily gave it back to me and as I left, she told me never to come back! I told her she can count on it!
Must try the Vanilla Cream Cheese. I’ve never had such amazing cream cheese! And the bagels are fresh and yummy. Try the cinnamon bagel with the vanilla cream cheese. Makes for a nice dessert bagel!
Best bagels in the lower mainland. Chewy yummy goodness! Love the everything bagel, my 8 year old loves the WW cinnamon variety.
