A new sushi joint in the area. I was a little skeptical to try this place out, I wasn’t really sure how authentic, or if it was like a fusion japanese. To my surprise, it was really good. I thought it was a little bit more expensive than other japanese restaurants in the neighborhood for the lunch special, but I thought that the quality of food was actually better than most. There ARE more and more japanese or fusion places happening in the area, but I quite liked this place. I only tried this bento box this time, and it was really good. I would want to come back and try other stuff on the menu.
This was my first visit to Mr. Sushi and won’t be my last! Everything was perfectly prepared – definitely try the dragon roll, the spicy agedashi tofu, and the salmon and tuna sashimi – and the service was excellent. I also really loved the environment/decor. Upscale, with a modern meets rustic design.
The sushi is superb, I LOVE the mango roll, perfectly prepared, service was fabulous. My husband couldnt have been happier with his bento box! We will make it a point to come back!
