Bad black licorice ice cream!. So excited to get my licorice tub since its seasonal and I haven’t had any yet this year! Bought a whole tub to bring home and man, was it awful! It tasted like it had expired six months ago! The texture was terrible. Parts had crystallized, parts were a gloopy mess with the texture of syrup/chewed gum AND there were very small bits of what looked like broken toothpicks in it. Pretty sure it had been sitting there since last summer! VERY disappointed! It was Island Farms. The worst part is I paid $10 for a very small tub probably 3/4 full plus tax and tip and there is no way to contact them. The cell # listed is not assigned!
Not worth it.. Not pleased with the amount that I get for the big price that I pay. I got one scoop of teeny tiny ice cream for that was melting for about $4. This would have been there best time to shine, with such a big group of people that we went with. But they chose to skimp out with melting ice cream. Very disappointed.
