Good place. Came here on a Tuesday night after a long weekend. Place was dead maybe about 8-10 people in there total. Service was good and friendly. Food was awesome. My only complaint about this place was that it was a little dim and for being a bat that has many TVs, you should be at least showing the nhl playoffs on one of them. Other then those minor two things everything was great.Not sure how this place got so many bad reviews. I’m thinking they are fake considering they only each have reviewed this place only.
A Terrible Thursday Night. I went to this bar with a few girlfriends on a Thursday night with the hopes of getting drinks and having a great girls night out. Unfortunately our night was foiled by one of their bouncers- a tall chubby guy with a beard- who insinuated (and I use that word lightly- it would have been obviously to ANYONE who observed or heard) that we would be able to skip the line if he was offered a sexual favour. We left promptly, obviously. Will NOT be back. I recommend that any young women avoid the venue.
Not up to snuff. Inferior food, inferior service, ridiculous prices tor the lack of quality on all fronts. would not recommend to anyone!
Annual Appreciation Night. We recently held our annual appreciation night for our volunteers at the Two Lions Public House. Our server for the night, Lindsey, did a bang up job keeping on top of the drink requests and keeping separate tabs for everyone. We supplied the food and it was appreciated by all. Great job guys!
A Good Place That Should Be Given A Chance. The Two Lion’s is a newer pub and I think we all need to keep supporting our local pub. The food is excellent! I love their deep fried pickles and pulled pork! They have a decent happy hour and really great events!! They are the only place in North Vancouver that throws Halloween and New Years parties! Which is such an awesome thing for all those who do not want to battle cabs to go downtown but still want to celebrate!! The beer selection is also good. I honestly think the Two Lions have come a long way! When they first opened I remember they put out some patio furniture for us to eat on the deck. The service is okay, but I know for a fact that if you are unhappy and talk to the manager about it that they will work to make you happy. Come out and support the local pub!02 Jan, 2014Wonderful New Years Experience. Thank you to the friendly staff at the Two Lions Pub! We are not regulars at the pub but we could see that many smiling faces were. The three course meal was very well thought out and very delicious. The staff are very warm and welcoming! They did apologize for any waits, which we did not find there were any, but it was a VERY popular place that evening with fun live music. Living on the north shore we will definitely remember this wonderful experience! Thank you to all the staff and the fun theme of masquerade ball! People of all ages were dancing and I would suggest this pub to anyone living in this area as we are very in need of places to go on the north shore.
Sunday visit. My wife and I each had a Caesar which was on special for $6 (double). Plenty of celery and a bean…deelish!! We each ordered the $10 pizza which was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Yum!!
Awful place!!!!. This place is one of the worst and cattiest bars I’ve ever been to. The waitresses love to gossip about the women (and men) that go there. They ask very inappropriate questions and give nasty looks.The food is not comparable to other pubs, it’s bland and the drinks are all watered down. There are way better places to go party then this place…
