Terrible service!I really like the food here. It’s been consistent everytime I’ve gone.The service is also consistently the same. I’ve always had to wait an inordinate amount of time regardless if it is busy or slow. Tonight was the final straw. There was one person in line who appeared to be waiting for his food. I walked up to the counter and waited. The person on grill glanced at me and ignored me. The other worker did the same thing… Glanced and continued to ignore me.A simple, ‘I’ll be with you in a second’ goes a long way. Needless to say I walked out after being ignored for 2 minutes and took my business elsewhere. I will not be giving this place my business if that’s what they call customer service.
I wouldn’t say it tastes bad but the kubideh kebab is usually burned! Seems like the chefs are not professional, plus the staffs are super slow
I always get the chicken donair. It’s not super cheap like at some places, but it’s pretty stuffed and decent quality. I also don’t feel gross after eating their food. Open late. Location is kinda weird and might be hard to find for some.
Beeeeessssst kebabs ever…… I went to this place last night and ordered one Juje (chicken kebab) with one extra skewer … it took about 10 minutes to get my order but it totally worth it. it was the best chicken kebab i’ve ever had … the place was clean and the guy behind the cash was so nice, i also ask him for a extra bread and he didn’t charge me for it…
Mediocre food. pushy service. I wanted an enjoyable meal and left feeling dissatisfied. seemed clean with a decent atmosphere.
Kubideh Kebab is the way to go. I like this restaurant cause I know what to order. Their Kubideh Kebab is without a doubt, awesome. The saganak bread is totally delicious with the grilled tomato and raw onion, I love eating it for lunch. I make little roll ups of the saganak, kebab, tomato and onion with some sriracha. I’ve had the chicken donair once as well as the beef donair once. It’s pretty average in my opinion. Stick with the kebab and you’ll be good to go. I should also mention they have quite nice service and they keep the place nice and clean which is often overlooked in an affordable donair/kebab place.
