The worst donair I’ve ever had, its down the street so I tried again a few months later, and the service is abhorrent, the staff wont even speak to me when I come in and they stack all the veggies in one corner, I want someone capable to be put in charge because it would be really nice to get a great donair down the street but right now I cant see that happening because its been pretty awful since about a year after it opened.
Ok, here is the deal. Their food is actually pretty good and not badly priced, but the service is beyond terrible!!! I ordered food over the phone so I could go and pick it up. I gave it about 20 minutes, which is more than enough for this type of food to get ready. When I arrived, they had not even started making my order. Without explanation to me or the slightest hint of apology they started the order, I waited 20 minutes more and when they packaged my order, they realized they had forgotten the fries I ordered. Out came the frozen fries which took another 10 minutes. All in all, this is terrible service, clearly by a bunch of people who don’t care about their customers. Every time I have had the displeasure of ordering anything from Yummy, their service level has gone lower and lower. I am done buying food from this place.
