Best cheese shop in town. This place is amazing. First off I live near by so I go there alot to pick upsandwiches and cheese snacks when I can!Their bread does sell out quickly!!! Due to their popularity in sandwiches you do want to go there as early as u can and you can call and ask and have them make u anything in advance!!The cheeses are abit pricey due to amazing quality but totally worth it!
The whole package!. Charelli’s is my happy place in Victoria. They have a fantastic selection of delicious cheeses, meats, and imported goods, with freshly baked bread available if you can get there early enough! The staff is phenomenal – friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and generous. You don’t have to guess whether or not you will like something; samples are readily available to help you make your decision.Charelli’s is always busy, but I like the friendly camaraderie with staff and other customers. It’s not a fast food place; Charelli’s is a place to take your time and just enjoy the experience. I’ve never had to wait very long, even on busy days, and it’s definitely worth the wait.
I like the products but dislike the whole process.. Great selection, premium pricing, but the chatty customers are ruining it for everyone else. Seems every time I go in there, some person is going on and on as if they are best buds with the owners/staff. And I wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. Sometimes the customer is obnoxious and demanding to taste a bunch of stuff, other times it’s a customer who seems to believe they are best friends with the employees at this shop. Hey honey – if you’re really friends, you’d be hanging out after hours – let these people do their jobs, or step aside and let those who are waiting get what they need, and then you can go back to talking to the staff.Or get a bigger store so we can take a number and have a seat while we wait, and wait, and wait.

Wow. The best specialty food store in the world, in the smallest space.The owner is expert on all cheeses and has the best selection of specialty products. I have never seen so much displayed in so little space, and still be a visual delight.It’s also one of the busiest places with a committed clientele.
I love this place!. I have been going there for over a year and a half and I love it! The owner is a lovely lady with an fun personality. Every time I leave, I leave a happier person. The sandwiches are a wicked good deal and made fresh to order! Until they run out of bread.. Saturdays can be very busy – keeping in mind you wait your turn with patients and the staff take their time with you to make sure you get exactly what you’d like. They also let you taste the cheeses you’re interested in getting. I read the first comment – and I can’t believe anyone has anything bad to say about this place. I believe if you have a good attitude and some time to wait on a busy day, this will be your new favorite store. So much cheese, so many European products and amazing staff.
