Warm, inviting, and well priced!. I absolutely love going to Demitasse. All of the staff are so friendly, and great you with a smile. Their food is absolutely delicious (is it all made from scratch? ‘Cause it sure tastes like it!). Food is reasonably priced, and their coffee is too. Prices, ingredients, staff, it’s all on point.
New owners?? Or New recipes?. The cinnamon bun and muffins have recently changed — cake like and taste bland with perhaps cheap flour? Too bad they had the best muffins around. Hope they change the recipes back to the quality they had before.
Not just a bakery — a garden with everything for sale. Such as charming place, no place like it! I think their crossants are the best in town. Food is delicious, a little pricey. Coffee varies between perfect and OK. FABULOUS to walk here in the morning — bring guests from the prairies, they won’t believe the walk or the place! To sit in the sun with your coffee, surrounded by beautiful plants. Idyllic and unique. The plants are like the food, great but a little pricey — if you need a plant for your garden that you cannot find anytwhere else, Demitasse will have it.
EVERYTHING HERE IS SO GOOD IT IS LITERALLY THE BEST!!!! especially the lamb roti and espresso. and Rob says the carrot cake. the end.
Excellent food, tight and busy. I had lunch here with a friend last week and loved everything I tried.The coffees and desserts were all amazing and the salads by weight were excellent. They gave me great ideasof new recipes I plan to try at home. The only problem was how busy itwas and how tight were jammed in at our table even whenwe sat outdoors. I will definitely be back soon except this timeI will take my food to go.
Decent coffee. Love the outdoor seating area but the prices on lunch and dinner menu items are ridiculously expensive.
Best brownies , cookies , and macaroons in Victoria. They know how to bake ! They always have a great selection of baked goods and it’s always different. I like that they carry different cane colas as well. Also they provide a candy aisle as well. My sweet tooth is quite pleased
