The service is horrible and the staff are rude! They do not understand what is in their products when asked questions, which isextremely unsafe for people with allergies. Their drinks are awful and I would have been better off going to Starbucks, at least those drinks would have be half decent. I will not be coming back to Good Earth nor will I support any of there other establishment in this city.

I live about 3 blocks away and recieved a free coupon for a free medium size iced tea. All excited I went there to claim it and the guy who was serving me was so downer didn’t talk and came off as rude and to boot the medium was so small like probably only 12oz. Won’t go there again it’s too bad it’s a beautiful location and nice looking.
I was in today for an americana, never had a better one yet. Wish they were closer to where I live so I could get my morning buzz. My buddy had a sandwich and he loved it…Cafe is amazingly beautiful, if you haven’t been in yet, you should.Peace
Rude to customers!. Frist time thought the girl at the counter was haveing a bad day so i didnt think much about it but by the 3x ive come in everybody (including a older man maybe the owner) working here seem to need a customer service class. So rude and coffee not so good that its worth the abusse.
