Great food & service. Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed our dinner at King & Thai. We had crispy spring rolls for a starter which is one of my favourites. All the curries were made to order with fresh vegetables, seasoned to our individual preferences. The owner double checked that med- hot was ok for me, and it was fabulous! The servings were so large that there was enough left to take home for lunch.If you want a treat for dessert, go for the deep fried bananas & ice cream. Yummy.We will definitely be back to dine in or take out.
Love it!. The food is delicious and reasonable. Lunch specials great. Very friendly owner and the inside is spotlessly clean. They now have inside and outside seating. Our new favourite in Estevan Village.
Delicious. My husband and I eat here on a regular basis and we have never been disappointed. The food is always exceptional, the premises are spotless and the staff very pleasant.After having read some of the negative reviews on this restaurant I must conclude that some people are just impossible to please or feel the need to complain. We will continue to patronize this restaurant and enjoy all of what they offer. My personal favourite is the green curry, best I’ve ever had.
King Thai. I have been eating lunch at this location on Estevan in Oak Bay for the past year, and have never had a issue with food taste or amount served. My personal favorite is the Cashew Chicken with Rice with a mild sauce, and is extremely tasty and filling.The staff is very polite and service has never been a issue.
Best Thai in Victoria. My husband and i have been patrons of the King & Thai for the last 8 years and the food has always been exceptional and consistant.we have tryed all the local Thai restaurants and this is our favorite. the new additions to the menu are exotic. we would recommend anyone to go to there new location in Oak Bay and enjoy a beautiful meal. simply the best. Bland bland bland. Nice location, and the place looks great, probably cost a few dollars to reno. So why mess up the important stuff ? the food is so bland as to be offensive. The pad thai was rubbish , the curry not much better, not a fresh herb or spice in sight – lemon grass, chilli, basil, you know the stuff that’s supposed to be in thai food !The place was empty on Sat at 7pm , the owners sat around looking worried, well i can tell you why, your food is lacking in flavor, i’m just sorry my wife and i where to polite to tell your to your face
