Great gluten-free pizza!. I’ve been living in Victoria for about a year now. I ordered from Villages on Tillicum on a whim. It’s now my go-to for gluten-free pizza! Friendly service every time! 😀
New ownership = huge turn around. Villages pizza used to be a joke and their pizza was very sub par. The employees were disrespectful and had little to no urgency. However, I’ve since gone back and was pleasantly surprised to find new owners, new staff and whole new atmosphere. The pizza has really been stepped up as well as the customer service and urgency on orders. If you have regretted going back much like I had, I would give them another shot to see for yourself what a change the new owners have made. The pizza is delicious and the kitchen appears to be a lot more fast pace and organized even during rush hours.
Horrible Service. It had been a long day of moving furniture so ordering pizza for dinner at 7:00 PM was all we had the energy for. We ordered from here because my girlfriend can’t have gluten and they have gluten free pizza. We ordered 4 pizzas, 3 to my house which is 8.2 kms from Villages and the fourth was to go to her daughters house a further 1.3 kms from Villages. Orders were taken and 20 minutes later they call back to say they are all out gluten free dough. By this time we just want to get the kids fed and decided to do something else for her. 15 minutes later her daughter calls and lets her know she has gotten her pizza already. We expect the knock on the door any minute with ours as we are only a few blocks away. 10 minutes later we get a call saying they dont deliver to our area and that they wont be sending our pizzas out to us. No matter how much we explained to them that they had just delivered one to a house that was further away from us they wouldnt agree to deliver the pizzas. Talking to Nick the manager was a waste of time as the standard line was we dont deliver out there regardless of having just delivered one, oh and we have ordered from them before. Now its 8 PM and we have to figure out what to feed the other three kids.Great service!!!. I guess thats why their stores are closing down.Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pizza actually wasn’t too bad (crust was a bit cardboardy) but no washroom and no wi-fi. Zoinks Skoob… I wanna wash my hands before I eat!
I don’t know how they are still open. Pizza was gross. It made dominoes cardboard pizza seem good cause at least it’s edible. I couldn’t get through one slice. Yechhhh
