Tasty, but small.....really small. Okay, so it wasn't expensive either, but it was far from impressive. In fact I'd say it was the smallest Gyros oooo…

Was fiending for a light snack not too heavy but healthy enough to keep us satiated. Exercised the nearby tab on urb.sp. and once we saw donairs we both knew that was our salvation. There were several varieties of donair but we decided to go with the classical Mediterranean and take it to go. Before we could make it back home we had already devoured this delicious delicacy of a donair. Would definitely try it again to confirm our original findings. Outs
Very tasty. Their pizza is effing great….really enjoy them
Changed my mind. Everything’s Sysco.. Previously, I had thought that GP’s had good pizza. The last 2 times have been abysmal. Tonite I received my ‘free’, as they called it, Halifax Donair pizza as it was a replacement for the mistaken Veggie (aka sour artichoke) pizza I ordered a couple of weeks ago. The Donair pizza I received was as atrocious as the donairs I have had there. Sysco style donair meat, overly greasy baked cheese, and devoid of flavour. The donair sauce seems to be processed. It tastes like icing sugar and garlic. If it isn’t packaged… It’s still a poor excuse for a sauce. I was hoping a good restaurant would pop up on Gosworth/area. The fish n chips place was nasty, Cabin 12 is atrocious since moving from DT, and GP’s adds nothing worthwhile to the area. Avoid at all costs.29 Jan, 2015Donairs… No. Pizza… Yes.. I have given GP’s my last chance for donairs today. Since they have opened, I have ordered all but the Halifax style. Today, I replaced the mozza with feta and paid my $7.25+tax. My heart sank as I saw the cook, yet again, pull the same Sysco luncheon-style donair meat slices and slap them on the grill. Five minutes later, I had my mediocre wrap in hand. It did have nice, fresh, crisp veggies on it; but I couldn’t help but to be disappointed that they didn’t do the extra bit of work in making a proper donair spit. For a place with ‘donair’ in the title, I had hoped they stepped up their game/effort and made a quality product. It wouldn’t cost much more than a box of Sysco spiced meat; and I would gladly pay $1 extra for the effort. That being said, their pizza is phenomenal, I have never been disappointed. Just don’t get anything with ‘donair’ meat on it. ps. Fix the spelling mistakes on your website. It seems unprofessional.
Love it :). Awesome donairs and great service! My go-to place for donairs
Consistently Delicious. My girlfriend and I have been here 4 times and it has been awesome all times. The service is awesome and the ingredients fresh. They seem to go out of their way to bring fresh ideas to their pizzas and the donairs are spot on.
Delicious, Affordable and Friendly- Everything you could ask for. We popped in to get dinner on the way home. The owner was in the restaurant and he was so eager to explain all the items, make accommodations and ensure we received exactly what we wanted. I can not tell you how refreshing the service and quality of food was. Highly recommend!
