  No customer service skills. When someone orders breadsticks with cheese, and they show up and you gave them just breadsticks, don’t blame the customer. I am sorry every chain calls them something different. I expect a person answering the phone can figure out breadsticks with cheese means cheesy bread or whatever this places calls it. To solve this problem, a good customer service person would have said sorry, come back in 5 minutes, we will have them ready for you. This should have been done for free, as it was not my mistake. Not only did my family have to wait longer for supper, but she wanted another $2.78 from me to fix her mistake. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.Teach your workers how to treat customers.

  Maybe going back. I phoned in to order a couple of pizzas for pickup Sunday night. I had never had Little Caesars before but they were walking distance away and not much else was open. The woman working there had trouble understanding me and it took a while placing the order. Unfazed, me and my friend walked there. While I was paying, the two employees burst out laughing at me and the woman who presumably took my order apologized between chuckles. I dunno what I did that was so funny either. That was kind of awkward. The pizza was pretty good but I have low standards.

  It wasen’t bad I guess. I went in to get a late dinner one time and ordered the pepperoni. Not much too it. It was cheap. Good price but the pizza tasted worse than delissio’s frozen pizzas. The pepperoni was dry, cheese was overcooked and kept in the heating machine too long and the crust was dry. So….. ehh….Isn’t the best choice but again. It’s cheap. xD
