Slow service. Three staff working three stations and the service is so slow. The manager should take the staff to the Mayfair location to show them how to provide great service. At mayfair they work as a team and don’t horribly over cook the calimary. I will no longer eat at this location.
He always…. …has to cheat me out of that 2nd olive at Hillside Mall, whereas Opa at Mayfair gives me extra because they know that I like olives. You’re supposed to give two on the plate. Where do you think I go to eat now? It’s only an olive to you, but it makes or breaks the bond of customer good will…anyway, the food is nearly always great for a fast food place.
