Disgusting Cleaning Practices. Just watched an employee clean all around the garbage cans with the SAME cloth she then went on to clean tables with. Needless to say, I did not eat.
Today I went to your hillside location in Victoria bc. While there was no signs indicating the fact, I was told there would be a quarter service charge to use debt. Shocked, I said there was no sign. The guy behind the counter insisted there was. I was ordering an item off your menu. I should be able to buy this item, regardless of method of payment. I’m insulted. It’s 2014. Needless to say, I will be thinking twice about visiting this establishment in the future.
