Looking for a sweet treat and didnt want the usual Timmy’s. Decided to check these guys out. Not much selection this particular day, but the cinnamon swirl I purchased was pretty good.
We love this place! Original, from scratch bakery. We stop in at least weekly for the homemade bread and buns. They will even do special orders for mini hamburger buns which we do for kids parties.
Lots of choice. Fresh bread and buns, and plenty of fresh baking. Needless to say, it smelled great in there. Purchased an apple danish and it was swell! I’ll be back:)
Best cinnamon swirls (not sure if this is the right name). They are like a mix of a cinnamon bun and croissant together.
The croissants bear no resemblance to grocery store croissants. Here they are buttery and rich and flaky. The almond croissants are an addiction.
Great food and the service was great! I’ve been there a couple times and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!
It’s so nice to have a real bakery in Fort St John. The bread and the pastries are absolutely delicious. We’ve also ordered apple pies and they are the best we’ve ever had.
