Steer clear !. Went with a large group recently and we all thought it was disgusting.Spoke about our experience with someone the following day, and was told that they went once and had asked for a water refill and watched as the waitress grabbed a glass of water from a dirty table.
Good food great service! And the fact that smorg is REALLY reasonable is an added bonus 🙂
Wow, the food was great and the customer service even better! Not to mention the most reasonable price for smorg in the Okanagan that I know of I am a regular here and I would definitely recommend it 🙂
Bad food experience. The worst chinese buffet l have ever had. At the price of 8.95 you get what you pay for. We ordered a pot of tea for 4 of us and were charged $175. each!
The buffet was decent, not as good as China Palace. The food was a little old tasting, not very much Western food. Restaurant was clean but very quiet. Ordering out from here is MUCH better than eating in. Price of buffet was only $8.75 and service was friendly. I would definitely reccomended eating in at Penticton Buffet or China palace instead, but this is a good choice for ordering home.
Ok. So it was a bad idea to try and find Chinese food this far from Vancouver. However, I was still blown away how bad my experience was here. Food took 50 minutes for three simple dishes. Waitress was surprisingly hostile when asked about my food allergy (which is lethal). They brought us extra amounts of tea (2 pots for 4 people) and then charged us a hell of a lot for it. Food was bad but not terrible. Avoid the fried rice and noodles.
